Downtown Calgary played host to a wonderful display of intolerance and hate when a group known as the Aryan Guard staged a “European Heritage” rally.
There’s not much to be written about this. I have little to say other than my scathing take on these human embarrassments. (My friend James Callsen likely has more to add.) I don’t think anybody is naive enough to believe that this demonstration was anything but a bunch of knuckle-dragging morons waving banners and arguing that they are somehow superior because of their fairer complexions. It’s somewhat pleasing to see that only a few dozen people are so ignorant that they’d turn up in support of such a demonstration.
