There is a glimmer of very good news to be celebrated amongst Her Majesty’s official opposition. The Liberals had a very good quarter. It’s ironic since Ignatieff is almost dependent on the recession getting deeper if he intends to dethrone Stephen Harper. The Liberals managed to raise $3.9M this past quarter. That’s somewhere in the neighbourhood of four times what Stephane Dion was able to scrounge up. So that’s the good news. Read the rest of this entry »

USA Dipping Toe in Canadian Healthcare Waters
First, this will be rare. I’m not going to tell you what I think (though I assume if you’ve read a post or two here before, you’ll know) about the controversial ad below. It’s very self-explanatory and is at the centre (I guess that’s center) of the major debate in the US right now; Centralized healthcare.
